Send your code for request of a license

Send us a mail that contains :
• The name of the APP center
• The address and phone number of the APP center and a contact e-mail address
• The name of the person that will be the owner of the user license
• The code for request of the license, that you can get in the license screen
• If you have MSAccess or if you will use the runtime provided
Optional :
• The use of the PC : desktop PC or laptop, dedicated to the use for the tests or for a general use in the center
• The configuration of the machine : processor (Pentium IV, AMD Atlon...), size of RAM memory...

These information are kept as strictly confidential. There will be used only for providing the user license key and for internal purpose for Hearing Test Base related to providing the licenses.

Reception of the license key

When we have received your mail with all the information and validated the payment of the license, we send you by email the license key within 24 hours.
