Identification of the records of persons

    The id of a record of a person can be :
  • The name and first name
  • The Id code

The Id code can be made with figures and/or letters.

It is useful if you don't want to use the name and the first name of the persons in the record, for confidentiality matter.

You use an Id code and save apart, in a secured folder, the link between the person identity and this code.

Identification of the records of persons

The Auto-Name button is usefull if you want to only type in the Id code.

    When you clic on the button, the fields of the name and the first name will be automatically filled with :
  • For the name : "PN_" + the Id code
  • For the first name : "PFN_" + the Id code
